Frankly I think we?re making substantive progress.

This gives us a green light from the [Army Corps of Engineers] on every piece of this project.

We fixed it that day.

It helped keep the cost of the plant contract down, but it was also seen as a more efficient way to do business. It made more sense to bid out the road-building package to a company that builds roads, rather than keep it in the bid to a company that builds plants.

We are still in discussions. And progress is being made.

We've got such a good relationship with Jim and Gladys. He won't say no to progress. He is in his mid-80s but is as receptive to new ideas and as keen to use new technology as any young farmer.
