From the cave of Bethlehem there rises today an urgent appeal to the world not to yield to mistrust, suspicion and discouragement, even though the tragic reality of terrorism feeds uncertainties and fears.

Concealing any activity from the other may create unnecessary suspicion and mistrust between husband and wife and the situation may go beyond repairs one day. Therefore it is in the best interest of both to share what ever they have so that it strengthens the mutual-bond and love.

The future starts today, not tomorrow.

At that time, I heard you say in Gdansk, 'There is no freedom without solidarity.' Today we need to say, 'There is no solidarity without love.' Indeed, there is no future for the individual and the nation (without love).

While I doubted, I had hope; but now there is no hope left and all the same I doubt everything.

In a world where the name of God is sometimes associated with vengeance and even a duty of hatred and violence, this message is both timely and significant.
