GREDA and the city seem proactive in reaching out to attract new companies to the area. Galesburg has a strong, skilled labor pool.

The AFL was too much in the background. They weren't reaching out. You have to be proactive instead of reactive.

I like the proactive stance the city is taking.

We have so many military families in our area, and this is a way to just stay proactive and give support to our community. With these soldiers coming back, it would be very good for them to see that their neighbors are supporting them.
