Geologically we have everything that is needed for this site. We have the electricity grid, water for cooling. This entire package was absolutely written for us.

We'll sell to anybody. With the profits we pay our electricity, gas and water. After that, through our district council, we route the money to individual conferences for when they run out of their funds.

They woke up, and everything in the house, from the beds down, was destroyed. There was no electricity. No water.

It's like, you pay for your electricity and your water and other utilities as you use it, well that makes perfect sense. If you're going to use the road, it might cost you a bit, but if you don't want to use the road, you don't have to. I think that's a very logical way to pay for the construction of a new road.
