George Bush has met more foreign heads of state than I have. But a substantial number of them were dead.

The governor does not stand to gain from this matter being delayed. I've met with governors who are hostile and defensive and demagogic. He was none of that.

I've met Bill Clinton, Obama a couple of times... I certainly didn't meet George Bush, and wouldn't want to.

I can't believe George Bush might be president.

Nobody gets irony anymore, as we are now living in the post-ironic age. Once George Bush gets a library, our irony is dead.
