Given what we've been through, if there was ever a group of guys who earned it, deserved it, it's our guys. Everybody who was out there played their tails off and competed. They made energy plays and made enough plays to win.

The recognition they're given now is richly deserved and long overdue.

She hasn't gotten the recognition that she's deserved for what she's given to this sport. She has been the foundation of our team for so long.

Praise is warming and desirable. But it is an earned thing. It has to be deserved, like a hug from a child.

The main thing is to make sure guys know what they're doing. Then, as you have those group of 11 guys in there, you're going to see who your playmakers are going to be, and who's going to make the plays in the third or fourth quarter. And when we get to that position ... we can go out here and be confident in what we're doing. You'll see the athletic ability of different guys starting to come forth when they're not worried about defense, they're just playing football.

We're excited to get going. We've got a great group of guys, and some new guys who can play. We just need to find out who we are, work hard and keep getting better.
