Government financing is varied and so interesting. You have so many different accounting methods depending on what kinds of revenues you are dealing with. I just find it very interesting.

I have been here for only a week and seen the way things work. I am going to have ideas of what I would like to do, but that will be sometime coming.

A government that operates under the guise of capitalism does not necessarily mean it is free of the oppressiveness of other forms of government, just that it is able to sustain its agenda under an acceptable title.

There is a general rule of necessity with any government board. If they need to act and can't act, the conflict can be overlooked. If they are paralyzed from acting, they may have to overlook the conflict of interest.
