Guys who have the aptitude like him usually pick up things very well. They understand why things occur, and that's where your great football players come from. They're guys who can handle the change of things and react. They're not needing to be coached through every element.

Even with the guys we just picked up more recently, this is commonplace for them.

Those guys aren't going to pick a friend to coach with them because they're a friend. They want a smart guy around them.

In both cases, we have had good conversations with representation for both guys. Within the next two, three weeks, we hope to have discussion from their point of view back and see where things are. As we get closer to free agency, both sides have the opportunity to explore their options further.

You usually pick the steepest slopes to go up, it makes it more of a contest. But it's the steepest slopes that are most prone to avalanches.
