Hard to walk through the house without stepping on feces or urine-stained carpets.

This ranks up there with the worst I've seen. There (were) feces throughout the house, urine-stained carpets, urine-stained sheets, trash throughout the house.

An inspector determined the house was unsanitary because there was dog feces and urine throughout the house.

The courts will become involved with parents to see if the place is cleaned up. Get them parenting skills classes so they can learn to be better parents.

This rates up there as one of the worse we have ever seen.

We don't do that here. We only take urine samples.
