Hardly anybody cares of a person who struggles to make progress at the bottom, but many would preach him to be always fair. When he starts moving up the success stairs and is in the middle, many would stare at him as somebody asking him how he could dare. The moment he reaches up to the top to make layer, almost everybody vouch their support strongly as they are always for him there.
