Having measurable goals and objectives has always been beneficial to the Board and the staff. While always fluid and dynamic, the business plan gives us an outline of what we want to accomplish during the year.

We're excited by the proposition of BAX playing more of an aggressive role in developing Toledo Express airport as a freight hub.

Have people understand that you can fly out of Toledo to any destination in the world. It's a matter of connections -- still a service that gets you where you want to be.

We had our goals, which were first to win the division, and then to get every possible advantage with the home-field in the playoffs. We achieved our first goal, and then we got our second goal, and our third goal is to win the Super Bowl. We never had a goal of going undefeated. It was just to get every possible advantage.

We came out and played soft and gave up two goals immediately. After that, it was nice to have that one goal, but we didn't fix the problem. With some of the teams we've played we've gotten away with that, gotten away with some shabby things -- and against these guys you can't do that.

There will be a lot of fingers pointed obviously because the four goals we've conceded have all been from set plays,
