He did a good job for us, all the guys did a good job. I was just really pleased with how we came out aggressive and ready to play and got after it early.

That changed the complexion of the game because we had to attack differently. Streeter was a monster inside and I knew he was gassed, but he never asked to be taken out.

I felt like at halftime we were in pretty good shape. I felt like we could win the game. We just missed too many chippies.

New Hanover is a good team. I hope and pray that we give the same effort (for other games) like we did tonight.

Alex was sticking out at us. To use one of Jerry's terms, he was like a beacon light. I came in [Sunday] morning, and [area scout] Phil Emery was high on Alex. I said, 'Jerry, we've got to take this guy.' I literally had a dream about drafting him.

We played a tough schedule that allowed us to enter the West Regional tournament and we're excited to be there. The team deserves this opportunity.
