He gets tunnel vision. He doesn't see anything else other than her. It's a full delusional state of attraction, whatever it is he's feeling with her.

He's out of touch. He's not feeling anything. He's done what he set out to do.

It continues to grow to a fixation.

Eric is no stranger to the Jets and certainly not the AFC East. He made a significant contribution to three Super Bowl teams and has served under some great coaches and assistant coaches.

His attention to detail and tireless work ethic has earned him the respect of his players and fellow staff members. He will tell you shortly (how) he wants his players. He wants them smart, hard-working, tough, and with great character. Those were among the qualities that we looked for in (the) selection our head coach.

Obviously there's rumors and speculation. Officially, I haven't received a phone call from Kansas City. I know Dick did a great job there and Carl will have some options. We'll see what happens.
