He is a guy who is only going to accept winning. I like his attitude and his style of coaching and he loves to coach. He's dedicated and determined. A coach can't make a bad team into a good team, but he can make a good team into a better team.

I guess winning creates more winning. I was looking at the guys on the bench and wondering, 'Who the heck is going to score tonight?' In the latter part of the game, it was not our most creative group left. You just have to keep plugging away. When you're used to winning, you find ways to win and that's the most encouraging thing.

It's not the style that motivates me, as much as an attitude of openness that I have when I go into a project.

After getting beat I just have the attitude of winning out and finishing strong.

This team is used to winning. I think when you have that kind of attitude, you really don't expect to lose. We don't think about it, we just play. We expect to win every game we play.

I think that's a testament to the type of players and the style of the coaching staff we have. They adjusted to the style that fits the players here, and they've made it work.
