It's part of sports, part of being a competitor. He played better than me. That first week [of fall practice] I didn't play very well; I was rusty, and he played better.

That's huge. That's the difference in the game right there. We work on it every day, so we've done it before. It paid off, for sure.

I'm learning every day. He's been a joy to work with.
