He just has that work mentality that he's going to work hard and put it all on the line, and I don't think those people think much about the pressure part of it. They just go in there and do their job.

He will work them to death.

It's surprising in a way. We worried about him after playing 32 minutes in that semifinal that he may be a little bit tired, but he's always told us, 'That other guy is going to get tired before I will.' He's had that mentality that he's not going to get tired. He has a real strong mind and we have to have him on the floor. He's been a pleasant surprise for us this year.

They know each other a little bit better on the floor and growing up together teaching each other how to play the game. The desire to help each other be successful has to be there too.

We're very happy that the first step has been taken. We have a lot more work to do before we can bring this project to fruition.

If you need the venue to motivate you to get to the championship, you're in the wrong line of work. But it would be nice.
