He looked at things as a glass half-full. He was always positive, a kind and constructive leader and person.

When he was chairman, the credit union experienced some of its most extensive growth. We grew one year over 20 percent and the next year over 12 percent. He always took the organization in a way that was constructive for the members, constructive for the employees and positive for growth.
