He has always had good game after good game while he has been there. But he's always been looked at as the No. 2 guy. He had never been given the opportunity to be the No. 1 guy.

We didn't hit well. We played sloppy in the first game.

When he?s healthy, the way this game is played now, it?s built for him. He?s quick. He?s smart. He?s hard to get a handle on physically. He?s a huge asset. It?s not just him as a player, but he makes people around him better. He?s a good teammate.

He was absolutely dominant, ... He controlled the tempo and played a wonderful hockey game. A lot of guys did.

He still looks good to me. He is still throwing the ball well. He is still the leader out there on the field. That's pretty much all you need. You've got a guy who's going to go out there and tell you, 'You need to do this, and you need to do that.' If you stick by what he says, you're pretty much doing the right thing.
