He played really well in the spring and set himself apart from the competition. He earned that position, and we're glad we got him back for another year.

I think he's just one of those kids who has overcome adversity and become a good player. He's overcome those things to make himself a very good football player. I expect him to be a dominating force this year.

He's a really good athlete, and we kind of lost some numbers at tight end. We thought he could help us out there, and he did.

I think most offensive linemen are very – and I don't mean this in a bad way – mean, vicious people. They have to be because they play the most aggressive position on the field and we need to have that attitude and set the tempo of the game and get after the defense.

You cannot allow that to happen because presumably we are going to meet better teams left in the competition.

I have worked on my rhythm and landing and they have improved since my last competition. I am happy with the situation now.
