He said he received a call over the weekend and it was a quick decision. The opportunity came up and he took it. The reaction of the team was silence. Obviously, he's done a great job here for 12 years and it's hard to believe he's leaving. But it's a great opportunity for him.

It was really surprising. I didn't know anything about it. I got a text message from one of the coaches this morning saying we had a special team meeting today.

I'm looking forward to this weekend and maybe see some surprises. It's a great opportunity, and I really think that all of them have the ability to make some noise.

It's a tremendous chance and opportunity. That doesn't mean we're getting everyone out by next weekend.

The kids have an opportunity this weekend to surprise some teams from the Midwest. Last year, we came up a few points short. But this year our kids have a whole other year of rugby experience under their belts.
