He was arrested thanks to the good thinking of a police officer. This wasn't a well-planned action.

International police action against the factories and distribution networks should be as uncompromising as that applied to the pursuit of narcotic smuggling.

I've always been paranoid about the police, because even when I'm not doing anything illegal, I'm thinking about doing something illegal. So, whenever I'm around a cop, I get uncomfortable and nervous, worried that I'll say the wrong thing or look so guilty they'll arrest me anyway. Being completely out of my mind on drugs doesn't help the situation any.

I am sure the U.N. police will conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action.

This comes at a good time, too, when we're thinking about building a new police station which is really needed.
