He wasn't this thing that everybody always paints him to be. He wasn't a devil who got with Dave Matthews and changed everything. He's just a dude. He's completely natural. That threw me off and got me so excited.

Honestly, this is the best record - obviously - that we've ever done in the studio. You can't argue with that.
