He went in Sunday. He had trouble breathing; he got pneumonia, he got everything failing the next day. That's when he began to look really bad. You couldn't even recognize him.

The swelling started with his knee, then it went to his whole leg, and then I guess from there it just takes in and eats the tissues up.

He was complaining about his leg pain being so bad, which you never know somebody's pain tolerance. You thought he had a busted up knee, but we didn't know it was so bad.
