All day long, they lie in the sun, and when the sun goes down, they lie some more.

The real problem lies in the Legislature ? the great unknown. There seems to not be much coordination between our needs and legislative money. In reality, it's a guessing game how much the Legislature will grant.

Sometimes what I wouldn't give to have us sitting in a bar again at 9:00 a.m. telling lies to one another, far from God.
