He's a friendly and caring guy whom I really respect for his knowledge of touring. Not to mention my favorite brand of coffee is consistently backstage every night.

He's a throwback kid. He has consideration for others, respect for others and is caring. He's not going to use foul language around adults. He'll be the first to help with the luggage. I look at him as an old-school guy.
