He?s a great judge of talent. He manages the game the right way. That combined is a pretty good foundation to be a manager. He?s a people-person guy.

I think they are a pretty good team. They have so much tradition there. The last two years the talent there has been outstanding. We are hoping they aren't as strong, but we are preparing for that they will be every bit as good as they have been.
