He's a steal for Central Connecticut, to put it plainly. He really came on this year. He's just starting to blossom.

Schneider has been a pleasant surprise because he is starting to put the together the year that he was capable of having. That's nice to see. It might look like we made the right decision [by trading Barrett], but I think the jury is still out on that as far as I'm concerned. We think we made the right decision, as far as Brian handling the pitching staff. He has been very good.

A Central Connecticut player would not have done that. I did not shake his hand. I shook everyone else's.

Initially it was just shocking that this stock would be downgraded. But it looks like we're really starting to get this 'buy on dips' crowd and that's good for the market.

People are starting to understand this is not your father's Astroturf.

I think that whole idea of the calendar starting in September is really eroding.
