He's a very smart player and is very familiar with our offensive system. He'll be a great back-up to Donovan.

I like T.O., ... I've enjoyed having him here . . . T.O., he's a very visible guy and a great player. Those things happen. That comes with the territory.

Tom has done an excellent job with our player personnel department over the last four years and we're fortunate to be able to keep him for the next several seasons. He is one of the hardest-working people I have ever met and is one of the best talent evaluators in the NFL.

They're familiar with our offensive line, and they're familiar with some of the schemes we like to do offensively. That gives them a little edge. They know where our offensive linemen were weak at, they know where they're strong at. So they're going to play that to their advantage when they line up against them on Sunday.
