He's a very talented athlete although he might have left switching to the marathon a little late in his career. But I'm ready for the challenge.

It's overwhelming because it makes you reflect on your entire career as a coach, an analyst and a clinician, ... It puts you in a reflective mode from the day that it was announced. You think back over the highs and the lows. The highs far outweigh the lows. There have been all kinds of rewards. I've been in some incredible situations. It's just been a wonderful ride because of basketball.
