He's a wee bit more mature [this season]. Like everyone else, when you start a new season, your on-field play is the only thing that counts.

Frankly, it was tough to tell which team was in their pre-season and which one wasn't.

We want to win them. It's really simple. We want to start out strong, be solid, so it's probably those three in that order. We know (we'll be on the road) before we start. It would be easy to make that an excuse but we can't do that. We have to show the other team, our fans and ourselves that, wherever we play, we can get the job done.

We can't squander any more opportunities. When teams get down to the end (of the season), and you are a bubble team, they gear it up a notch.

I've had a productive season when some players out there have been struggling. I've climbed a few rungs of the ladder and I'm still enjoying it, so I haven't got anything to moan about.

My aim is to be in the team. The squad is a wee bit smaller than it was and it's up to us to push and if we get the chance, take it.
