He's been outstanding. He has been able to guide us through our vision and has made the goals clear.

A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.

Her vision and my vision met. Our goals were one and the same. To have that kind of support from your athletic director and your president, the full package is a dream come true for a young coach.

Do not be discouraged, when those around you, can't see your vision/dreams\goals. Remember it is your vision, not theirs...

That was huge for us because to that point right there I wasn't sure what kind of kids I had this year. I didn't know if we were going to be underachievers this year or what. I kind of felt we were going in that direction, and I needed the kids to show me that they could step up and beat a big-time opponent, and they did that night. It was a very impressive win we had.
