He's got a knack for catching the football, whenever it's throw in his direction. He also runs really intelligent patterns and pays attention to detail.

The problem with naming a No. 2 is you really want to throw all your weight behind the guy who is going to be the leader.

Some of the patterns he runs you kind of marvel at because he really appears to be a natural at the position and I haven't seen too many of those, especially as a young guy in college. It's a pretty mental position.

We need to get some direction,

We felt we actually got things going in the right direction last week. We won the football game last week and lost. That was one we felt we should have won. We dominated the game and we lost. [Monday] we dominated the game and we won.

It's a beautiful thing. It's a step in the right direction.
