He's one of those unintentional good-luck charms. He wasn't expected, but he popped over here (from baseball practice) one day, and I welcomed him with open arms.

Luck is the great stabilizer in baseball.

I've had the most incredible luck in my career. I've done lots and lots of jobs, and I've never, ever had a job like Family Feud.
