He's solid. He's really a leader in the room. He gets everybody pumped up.

The kid was the best wrestler at the tournament, hands down. Jake wrestled this kid so tough. He ended up losing, 4-0, but you can chalk that up as an accomplishment. I told him he was the only kid that didn't (lose by technical fall or pin) against this kid in probably the last two years. I was really proud of him.

Halen pinned all of his competitors in less than 30 seconds.

What really allows us to do that is they are having a good time and believe in what they are doing. I'm very impressed with their work ethic.

He said 'Guys, I apologize for the situation I put you in, I put everyone in a bad spot a little bit. We didn't expect much from him, we were just happy he was back.

Unfortunately, I'm one of the guys that gets too emotional. So I've got to learn to pull the reins back a little bit. Sometimes I say things I shouldn't say. I'm going to try and get better in that area, not yell at the refs too much.
