He's the barometer for their team. He is the heart and soul of their team. He can play three positions (shooting guard and both forward spots), and he works so hard. He is kind of like their Ben. Ben is our energy guy, and Shane is theirs.

When we play as a whole, how we're supposed to play, we're very efficient, and everyone plays extremely well.

I knew he would play. He's a competitor. That's why he's going to run away with the rookie of the year this year.

You want to go in, play solidly for 48 (minutes) and play how you're supposed to play.

So what happens is, it eats up some of those minutes and the other guys have to play a bit more.

I am happy we won, but I am not overall pleased with how we played. When we don't play well, we hold the ball. Tonight, we held the ball. I know our schedule had something to do with it, but we can't be effective when we play like we did tonight.
