Hopeful is how I'd put it. January was warmer than I would have liked. But the buds are still tight and closed, so that's a good sign.

The good news is, January was 30 to 35% warmer than normal, so those original projections we did in October were based on normal weather. So far, in 2006, we haven't seen normal weather. That's very good for the customer.

It's January now, and it is a tight deadline, but marine turtle nesting is not negotiable.

Japan was the worst third-quarter for the industry in 30 years. So we are hopeful January was a sign we are coming out of the doldrums.
