How often do you go to an exhibit and see something that traveled with Christopher Columbus?

It's like Christopher Columbus has finally discovered India.

Christopher Columbus was the first socialist: he didn’t know where he was going, he didn’t know where he was… and he did it all at taxpayers expense.

We see it [the as-yet unseen, probable new planet, Neptune] as Columbus saw America from the coast of Spain. Its movements have been felt, trembling along the far-reaching line of our analysis with a certainty hardly inferior to that of ocular demonstration.

This is intriguing because it could mean (the shroud) derived from an original image of Jesus from when he lived.

Sir Christopher first suggested the idea of this exhibit in 2000. We began working together on it in 2002 and worked on the project for three years, searching for material and oral histories from Leone's collaborators in Italy.
