Humility is a great quality of leadership which derives respect and not just fear or hatred.

Some men lead by fear. Fear of that which can not be seen or known for this can be very effective when combined with the essential, requisite element of a truth, no matter how small. And such leaders of modern historical times have accomplished many memorable deeds. But they were certainly not great men. Nor were their actions.
