I almost know no reason why you wouldn't want at least part of the offering online. I mean, it's such an efficient way to get a broad group of people that generally are very supportive and long-term shareholders.

It's extremely frustrating. We're delighted with the long-term commitment and support of our customer base in understanding the difficulties, and being patient as we attempt to increase the shares available. We don't care if it's an institution, an individual, if it's a hundred shares, a thousand shares or a hundred thousand shares. Anybody can place a bid.

You don't want any buyer to feel like he's been foolish or cheated. So they all get the same price.

We went about as far as we could and did everything possible there, and it didn't happen for whatever reason -- injuries, sickness, wrong personnel, who knows? But we've had a good run and enjoyed it. But right now, our family is ready to move on.

The reason why the audit was done is basically to learn more about what is going on and to correct mistakes. The state basically agreed that there were some problems and that they were going to fix it.

At some point, there may be a reason, but they need to say why they need to be on at this time.
