I always assumed everybody shared my love for overcast skies. It came as a shock to find out that some people prefer sunshine.

Now the peak of summer's past, the sky is overcast / And the love we swore would last for an age seems deceit.

I'm fascinated with what happens to the creative output when you isolate yourself from the approval and disapproval of the people around you.

What we love to do in our show is we love to make people dance. That's a big thing for us. So within that, that's a reason why people really enjoy hearing us for an extended amount of time because we constantly have them moving and dancing and engaged.

I remember staying to look at it for a long time, as one would linger within reach of a consoling whisper. The sky was pearly grey. It was one of those overcast days so rare in the tropics, in which memories crowd upon one, memories of other shores, of other faces.
