I always see her in study hall working with flash cards and studying very hard. She comes from a great family who really supports her in school and track, and it definitely shows in her performance.

It wasn't me that decided on it. The team voted her in as a captain. But to be honest, they couldn't have made a better selection. She is a phenomenal athlete and a very good student.

She works extremely hard in practice and she is always very focused. She will be one of our better distance runners this season.
