I am a reluctant celebrity, in some ways.

I have no technical training and am completely uneducated in music.

I am used to training 10 to 12 sessions a week, so I have the physical and mental endurance that comes with being an athlete.

I am not just a celebrity, I'm a human-rights advocate for the last 20 years.

I am a story-teller, and I look to academic research... for ways of augmenting story-telling.

Whatever I'm doing, I'm in that moment and I'm doing it. The rest of the world's lost. If I'm cooking some food or making soup, I want it to be lovely. If not, what's the point of doing it?
