Every man should lose a battle in his youth, so he does not lose a war when he is old.

Once you are a warrior, you must live like one. You can't be afraid to fight against and destroy anything that fights against what is right.

My wish for you, Kallistos, is that you survive as many battles in the flesh as you have already fought in your imagination. Perhaps then you will acquire the humility of a man and bear yourself no longer as the demigod you presume yourself to be.

Warriors want a worthy opponent. There is no redress in fighting the pathetic.

Peace that follows battle is a futile peace. It is time to count dead and to assess which side stands closer to the win.
