It works for paint, it works for squad cars, it works for insurance. Why not health care?

That little corner area has always been an issue to get a fire truck in the area. That could be called a three-corner area...in the corner of existing districts.

If you're not from the South, you don't understand that once that levee breaks, you've got snakes, you've got alligators, you've got everything going through the city.
