I am aware a decision will be released tomorrow. I'm awaiting that and don't think it would be appropriate to comment any further.

I can't respond to a motion that doesn't exist, even if I wanted to. I'm sure they will file a motion and we will respond to it appropriately in court.

We're also not naive. We know that this will not end any litigation in this case and we will continue to stand and defend this verdict in any forum or any other action brought forward as long as we have to do that.

Many of the things that are being proposed and being discussed here deal with making sure that we identify individuals for the particular threat that they are to society. That we don't paint with a broad brush. That we make sure that the most dangerous ones get the appropriate supervision and punishment.

The bottom line in all of this is coming up with ways to protect our most vulnerable citizens, and that's children.
