The Company has faced many challenges over the last 12 months. I continue to work closely with the Senior Management team and our Board of Directors in reviewing the Company's assets, products, business lines, and strategic position to determine the most effective steps toward enhancing shareholder value.

Everything is open. We are going to thoroughly consider all of the options open to us. Having said that, the company is not for sale today, but there are certain assets that we may choose to part with.

Since I was commissioner, I asked [the company] to produce the data underlying the rates. The thing that was really different was hail and wind. The risk of natural disaster was much greater. That caused maybe 90% of the difference in the rates, between Northern Virginia and Austin.

It's almost embarrassing sometimes when you think of all the blood, sweat and tears that went into this company, It will bring tears to your eyes.

This is the most fun stage of a company — just getting it off the ground, getting the team together, getting everyone on the same sheet of music.
