I and other like-minded members will not vote for the final package when it comes back if it has drilling in the Arctic there,

I have made clear that we can not accept a final package on the round that does not have a meaningful services element,

That certainly is not much of a consensus as when you have a 7-1 or 6-1 vote. And I know the board vote weighs heavily in that (TEA's) decision.

Since severance packages generally are contractual, the issue is not the size of the severance package. The issue is why was the original employment contract structured to allow such a severance package? And that responsibility rests in the board.
