I appreciate all the support the people in the community and friends and coaches in the area have shown. It is really nice to see. At a time when it is hard for you to give up something you truly love, it helps you get through the tough times.

The only down point was that we didn't get to beat T-Town to go to state. But beggars couldn't be choosers.

I have had a nice 10 years. I will see what happens from here. I may take a year off. I have had informal offers for coaching.

I expect big things out of next year's group. Unfortunately, I won't be a part of it. Whoever gets it is going to get a fundamentally sound team and a team that wants to win. They are a good group of kids. They are going to do what they need to do to be successful.

It's hard. Things were open for me tonight, but obviously we didn't win. It's nothing great.

They ran the play well. Props for them making it, but we should have been more prepared for that.
