I believe people have already formed an opinion. That opinion is based on the reporting and that opinion is based on absolutely no facts and no evidence, and that is unfortunate.

Nothing the last month or six weeks have done anything to lessen my belief that it is impossible, absolutely impossible for Neil Entwistle to receive a fair trial by jurors who are not biased against him as a result of everything that they have heard and everything that they have seen about him.

All of our efforts will be to see that he receives the fairest of trials with the expectation of him being exonerated and held to be innocent for that which he is now charged.

I don't know that Mr. Entwistle will ever be able to get a fair trial on these charges.
