I believe that a fair trial for Mr. Garcia can happen (in Sacramento). We are in agreement and this will give us some time and assure us where we are going.

We appreciate the courts ruling but we're not out of the woods yet. There are more motions to file and more issues to litigate.

We will build on this to further increase the areas of agreement. Obviously, India's concerns in vital areas such as cross-border terrorism will have to find place in any document that future negotiations endeavor to conclude,
